Aer Lingus Ticket Types
Aer Lingus Economy Fare: Economy Class grants passengers travelling to parts of Europe, North Africa and Asia Minor. Food and refreshments are available to purchase on board and a seat with a 32 inch pitch. For longer haul flights to certain parts of Europe and North America, free meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the ticket price along with individual TV screens offering video on demand. A Kids' Zone is also onboard, showing Disney films and shows aimed at a younger audience. Wi-Fi is available for a fee, and the seats on these services also offer a 32 inch pitch.
Aer Lingus Business Class: Business Class is only available on long-haul flights (North America and some parts of Europe) and offers free meals and drinks, personal TV screens with video on demand and free Wi-Fi. Business Class seats offer a 52 inch pitch.

How far in advance do I need to to book airport special assistance? Aer Lingus recommends that you book these services when you book your flight. You can choose to pre-book special assistance up to 48 hours before departure

How much Baggage can I book with Aer Lingus?
Checked baggage: You can choose to book baggage weighing 15kg, 20kg, 25kg or 40kg (in two bags), In total, one passenger can book up to two 20kg bags each way.
What if I need to book special baggage? If you need to carry special baggage for your journey, such as sports equipment, you have the option to book this baggage while making your booking.
Aer Lingus Compensation
Flights to or from EU countries are protected by Denied Boarding Regulations. This is the act that will help compensate you for delays and cancellations. These range from 125 to 600 Euro, depending on the length of the journey and how long a passenger is made to wait.
